Diving gondola

Here you can experience the underwater world of the Baltic Sea all year round. Dive down with the diving gondola Sellin. You will stay dry and are guaranteed not to get seasick. Sellin is about 45 km away from the Aquamaris Strandresidenz (via Glowe and Sagard).

This is an experience for the whole family

You dive down to about 4 metres under water into the Baltic Sea, the largest brackish sea in the world. Admire the flora and fauna under water. Perhaps a grey seal will visit the diving gondola or you will experience herrings, jellyfish, flatfish and Baltic prawns. The crew will give you exciting information about the Baltic Sea habitat.

A dive trip lasts 30 to 40 minutes. From November to March there are no dives on Mondays and Tuesdays. Otherwise in normal weather between 11.oo and 16.oo.

The diving gondola is located at the head of the 394 m long Sellin pier, which is considered one of the most beautiful piers in Germany. The diving gondola was put into operation for the first time in September 2008 and has been delighting visitors ever since.
